I just created this two-layer, 8-inch GLUTEN-FREE cookie cake for a client's wedding, and we're loving the rustic simplicity! ❤️

A semi-naked finish, delicate floral accents, and just the right touch of elegance. Sometimes less really is more! 💕

Because breaking tradition never tasted so sweet! 🍪💍

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately…

And I just want to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Fat Daddy’s Bakery started as a little home bakery, with me making stuff in my kitchen and hoping people might actually like it. 😂 And somehow, because of all of YOU, it has turned into something bigger than I ever expected.

Every person who stops by my booth.
Every order.
Every repeat customer.
Every recommendation to a friend.
Every like, share, comment and “you HAVE to try this guy’s cinnamon rolls.” 😂

It all matters.

There are a lot of places you can spend your money, especially when it comes to baked goods. The fact that you choose to spend some of it with this slightly crazy dude baking cookies and cinnamon rolls out of his home kitchen means more to me than you probably realize.

You guys are allowing me to build something I’m incredibly proud of.

So whether you’ve been supporting Fat Daddy’s since the beginning or you just discovered us last weekend…

🍪 SHE’S BASIC. AND SHE DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN.

No Dubai chocolate.
No pistachio cream.
No cereal glued to the top.
No trendy nonsense requiring a 47-second TikTok explanation. 😂

She’s a Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Thick.
Soft.
Chewy.
Golden around the edges.
Loaded with chocolate.
And completely comfortable with who she is. 😏

Because when you make a chocolate chip cookie RIGHT, you don’t need to dress her up like she’s headed to the Met Gala.

You just need butter, brown sugar, a ridiculous amount of chocolate…and a baker who knows what the hell he’s doing. 😎🍪

Basic? Maybe.

Boring? Watch your mouth. 😂
