Made with our traditional sourdough starter (never instant yeast) this loaf is lightly sweetened with a touch of honey and softened with avocado oil for a light, tender crumb and softer crust. The subtle sweetness balances the classic sourdough tang, making it perfect for sandwiches or your morning slice of toast.

Bake day is so satisfying. I love to see the final product after the hours of mixing, kneading, and proofing. I still gasp on occasion when I open the oven to see my bakes show off that beautiful rise.

Please place orders by Wednesday evening prior to each bake day.
If you're planning ahead, each order will include simple instructions for freezing and refreshing your bread so it can be enjoyed whenever you need it. The link to place your order is in my bio.
I'll also have a small selection of extras available for same-day purchase. So thankful for the opportunity to serve you and your families this month!
