Stuck in the Middle Customized cakes and desserts are made to order by Kristi Francis and PJ Serrano. We are happy to take special requests and provide quotes.

If you have a special event coming up and you need dessert, just let us know and we'll whip it up. This page is NOT affiliated with the Disney TV show, Stuck in the Middle. Stuck in the Middle is not a storefront. No orders are accepted from March to June due to a busy family schedule. Cakes are made to order and are not kept on hand for immediate pick up unless otherwise arranged.

Now I want to go to Morocco! I’m not taking orders but when my good friend and repeat customer has a 40th birthday and nothing is on your calendar months in advance, and you know you have everything you need to make that cake...you say yes. Plus she let me choose the cake and just told me the theme. That’s my kind of business plan!!!! 😜

Last weekend I had the wonderful privilege of making this adorable wedding cake. A bittersweet moment for me.

Going forward, I have decided that the business end is simply not my style. I love making cakes but I hate pricing them. I hate when things go wrong. And once again...I hate the money stuff. I want to enjoy my craft, but maybe not every weekend.

This cake though...and the couple that I made it for, reminded me how much I love my hobby. I have decided to keep it at that. I’m going out on a high note. Maybe I’ll make a comeback when I retire from my day job.

Thank you for all your support. I’ll continue to post some of my work once in a while so keep an eye out!
