🧬So I’ve tested many different factors over the last couple days while nursing my starter back to health… 🥼Honestly, I still don’t know what happened so we are going with a delayed reaction to her new environment change. I’ve maintained 2 starters over the past few days testing the water, warmth, how often to feed, blah blah blah… Since I’m now a mad scientist 👩🏽‍🔬 I believe I have her healthy enough to produce some sexy breads. 🥖I whipped up some dough today and if that goes well I’ll open orders up all week long. A couple people have reach out about ordering and I said I’ll get back to you (I’ll still reach out individually) but it’s looking like Tuesday for those orders not placed on “square.”🤞🏽 Or should I do a bread drop Wednesday? Let me know your thoughts 💭 if you have any.

🚨My starter Miley has been acting up for a few days, so rehab it is. I guess that's what I get for naming her after a pop star. 🤪 I'm still taking orders for later next week, as she should be back to her bubbly self in no time. Thanks for bearing with us as we get settled into our new digs. 🙃
