After a few tweaks and test runs the RND team (myself and my dogs) have approved the production of the most addictive snack I’ve made yet! CLUCK CORN will be hitting the shelves for you Thursday! I’m going to have to hold off on making your batch until Wednesday night so I don’t eat it all! Holy heck it’s so good!

Rainy days call for some kitchen experiments!
I’ve been working on a few new snack flavors! A few sweet, a few savory, all 100% delicious so far! I only made a very small batch of each incase they didn’t turn out so I’m currently living in regret. I WANT MORE! 😂
I can’t wait to share them with you!

The prep for our LAST 2 cart sales has begun!
I loath cheap chocolate. It’s waxy, flavorless and just disgusting. Which is why I take the time to hand make as much of any decorations I might use on my products with quality ingredients that are organic if possible. These skeleton bones are taking a bit of time because I don’t have a lot of molds but so worth it for the flavor of real Belgian chocolate!

Happy SKOL-day! Today’s task here at The Crumb & Cluck RAMSEY, MN was to patch cracks and reapply anti-slip paint on the front walk. This will be my first winter season doing a full porch pick up, so I am taking every precaution I can to prepare for everyone to be safe when you come to get your packages. Let me tell you, painting a black surface in full 88 degree sun was… a delight… lol. Looks like I earned myself the last of The Crumb & Cluck pumpkin bar I’ve been hoarding in the fridge!

The Crumb & Cluck RAMSEY, MN would not be as delicious without my precious hens eggs. Here is a little glimps of the “cluck” behind the “crumb”. Today I took advantage of this beautiful day and got the enclosed run and outside run cleaned of debris and rocks the hens unearthed over the summer, finished weather proofing, checked the winter heaters, all my ventilation is good, so I can say, we are officially winter ready! Some hens are still molting.. look at all those feathers! (yes, I will be cleaning those up) I also built the girls a shelter today so they have a dry place to hang out when it’s raining or snowing. In the middle of the roof I put clear panels, so when the snow does arrive I’ll take that shade cloth off and they’ll get some warm natural light that is snow free 💚 They had an old shelter made of tarps that desperately needed an upgrade. I don’t think I could get anymore tape or zip ties on it! 😂

Time to order a pizza from Pizza Man Anoka, my absolute favorite, and enjoy a Crumb & Cluck pumpkin bar (and maybe a roll)! I sure earned it! What have you guys been up to today?

I’m playing around with the menu for our last 2 cart sales on 10/22 & 10/29. How are you guys feeling about the sweetbreads. (banana, pumpkin…) are you kinda over them and we should move on or should I keep a few out there? And if YES, what flavors?

Thank you for today! I appreciate every one of you who took the time to stop out, say hello and grab a treat! As a reminder, I am closed next week for winter prep around the property and will reopen on 10/22! There are only 2 more cart sale dates left, and I plan on closing out the season with a BANG! Stay tuned for some tricks or treats and sneak peaks!

Hi, friends!! The 🌻Crumb & Cluck🌻 is OPEN!! READY. SET. GO! Looks like this is the last of the “warm” weather folks. We had a nice hot run of it, but it’s time to prep for the long haul… ooof. Bah humbug.
A few things to note:
A) Please heat up your caramel rolls if you can. I do not use high fructose corn syrup in my caramel, I use organic honey and sugar. Sometimes it will crystallize after it cools, but if you heat it up, it goes right back to oooey gooey!
😎 There will be NO SALE next week. I have a long list of things I need to complete before the weather turns. I apologize for any disappointment, but I promise you, the last 2 sales of the month are going to be EPIC! Stay tuned! 🌻💚
