🚨🚨 Children’s Book Fundraiser Update:

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support the stand this weekend!! Between you purchasing the Dolly Parton themed baked goods and some very sweet souls putting in extra for the fundraiser, we were actually able to raise $160!!!

I will be going shopping this week for children’s books and making the donation(s) shortly after!🦋🦋🦋

It’s our first Friday open in a while. Stop by and pick up something to brighten your day! If you buy any of the Cinnamon Bread or Cuppa Cakes, the profits will be used to purchase books that will be donated to the Coleridge Elementary School and/or the Little Free Library in the elementary school bus parking lot.

As many people know, I love Dolly Parton. My dog is even named Dolly. Not only was she an extremely talented musician and songwriter, but she was proud to have come from her small, rural hometown. She valued children’s education and giving back her wealth.

I am extremely proud to come from my small, rural town of Coleridge, NC. I may not be wealthy, but I believe in giving back when I can.

This weekend, I will be making cinnamon bread (similar to the one sold at Dollywood) and Truvy’s Cuppa Cakes from Steel Magnolias. All money earned from the sale of these items will be used to purchase books to be donated to the Coleridge Little Free Library (located in the elementary school bus parking lot) and/or Coleridge Elementary School.
