Two of our most frequently heard requests are gluten-free and vegan pies, and we’re excited to announce the release of our first two fruit pies that are both gluten-free and vegan, with a crispy flaky crust that may surprise you! Apple and Blueberry are available now, with more flavors being added alongside our regular production schedule.

Introducing our new pilot (pie-lot?) series! Each week, as schedules permit, we’ll be making a small batch of a new style of pie to get your feedback. The best might even make it on our permanent or seasonal menu. To kick things off, this week’s entry is a Macaroni Pie. Yep, mac & cheese in a pie crust with regular, curry, or spicy ketchup on the side. It’s popular in the UK, but will it be in NC? Stop by the Saturday and find out! Supplies are limited. Really limited. So act fast!

New pie alert! This Moussaka Pie is inspired by the Greek food festivals our owner visited while growing up in the northeast. It includes roasted eggplant between layers of warmly spiced meat sauce, topped with a mornay sauce (cream and cheese) and toasted breadcrumbs.
