It was a sweet babe’s first birthday + wedding anniversary surprise! Lemon-blueberry cake with a strawberry-vanilla swirl for the birthday, and a mirror copy of their wedding cake to celebrate their anniversary. Bride immediately recognized the top hat cake as a replica of her wedding cake from a few years ago, which sealed the deal with this surprise!! Well played, groom!!

Made this cutie melty ice cream cone cake for a MYO ice cream sundae party for the sweetest 3 year old, and honestly I want one all for myself now. One of my biggest cake-ccomplishments of the year would be successfully making a cake that this sweet boy can enjoy without fear of an allergic reaction. Man oh man can food allergies be scary, but I am so glad there are ingredients and methods to circumvent so many allergies! 🦁🦁🧁🧁
