Name a better duo: 🌱Pandan & Coconut🥥

This fluffy pandan cake is made with natural pandan leaves (no extract!) and it’s paired with its best friend, the creamiest coconut fresh cream. You also have the option to top it with toasted coconut flakes!

If you’ve never had pandan before, the best way to describe its taste is a combination of vanilla/coconut and a floral aroma.

Big shoutout to for allowing me to let her fans taste test this cake 🤭 All your feedbacks were super helpful and I’m happy to say this cake has finally reached its final form!

We finally got our hands on quality matcha shipped straight from Kyoto (shoutout to for the rec 🫶🏻) and we know our matcha enthusiasts will be excited about this one!

This naturally vibrant green cake features our fluffy matcha chiffon cake layers with velvety matcha white chocolate cream. A perfect balance of earthy and sweet (but not too sweet) creaminess.

What a weekend!! I really thought I’d be able to get footage of Say Dough More’s very first experience as a festival vendor, but MAN did you guys keep us busy!! 😆

I’ve always loved going to food fests (as the eater of course), but never realized how much prep work goes into vendors showing up with delicious food and handing them to you with a smile on their face!! To all the food vendors out there, you’ve got all my respect 🫡 But let me just say, the exhaustions, stress, and sleepless nights become ALL so worth it when we get to meet every single one of you (some of you twice when you ran back for more 🤣)!

To the familiar faces who showed up for us (you know who you are!), your continued support is what keeps us going, we love you 🫶🏻. To the new faces who we’ve met, we loved meeting your kind souls and thank you for giving us a try!

All of that was just to say THANK YOU - thank you for your kind words, your encouragements, your compliments, and just for showing up!!! It’s safe to say that we will be doing it again - because of you ❤️

Special shout-out to my beloved family for all the help they provided and keeping me sane when it feels like this was impossible to accomplish. THANK YOU for being my forever backbone 💕

Say Dough More now offer CAKES!! So many friends and family tried our cakes before at various birthdays/baby showers and always asked “WHEN are you going to start selling these cakes?! 🤤”

Well, we’re now officially offering them through our website!! To kick things off, 4 different flavors are offered:

🍰 Orignial Milk Cream
🍰 Cookies and Cream
🍰 Mocha
🍰 Matcha

To make things easily we’ve separated cakes and breads pickups to two different locations.

CAKE PICKUPS: every Friday and Saturday 10-2pm
📍 Starbucks: 7860 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh

BREAD PICKUPS: every Saturday 3pm
📍 Starbucks: 8204 Tryon Woods Dr, Cary
