One of our favorite seasons.
Peach Pie, Peach Hand Pie and gorgeous peach tarts stuffed with peach curd and peach mousse. We made a few special pies with peach, plum and a cardamom oat streusel 😋

Black Cap Raspberries - these chocolate tarts with raspberry mousse are amazin!

Triple Crown Blackberry Danish this week! These beautiful berries are amazingly flavorful and from our friends West Union Gardens

We are back open today. It was great timing to miss the heat last week and we were able to put some time back on our property.
This week we have some thangs!
- Our 2 year anniversary is Saturday - stay tuned for some fun we have planned for that day. May include some giveaways
- Stone Fruit 🍑- we have Peach Danish! Peach pies, Apricot Almond hand pies, more to come as we get new fruit in.
- Black Raspberry 🖤- such a cool berry. We have black raspberry mousse brownies & black raz lemonade. One of the highest berries in antioxidants - so it’s healthy 😜
- Monte Cristo Hand Pie. Thanks to our dough master Brady for this one. Turkey, Ham, Swiss & fresh local raspberries. These won’t last long - get in early to grab one!

Just a little reminder—we’re closed this week for a summer break. ☀️

Today’s your last chance to stock up before we sneak away for a little summer break.
We’ll be closing at 3pm today and will reopen Thursday, July 30th.
We’re baking extra loaves of bread today so you can fill the freezer and make the withdrawals a little easier.

Stormy mornings + pastry + coffee = pure happiness.
It’s also your last week to get your Bakehouse fix before we take a little summer break next week.
Stock up while you’re here! We have extra take-and-bake pies and pot pies in the freezer, and we’re happy to take preorders if you want to make sure your favorites are waiting for you.
We can’t guarantee it’ll completely prevent Bakehouse withdrawals... but it’ll definitely help. 😉
