Thanks to everyone that responded on the pot luck post...here are the ideas I took from those comments.

1. Magic Bars = Graham Cracker Shell with a Sweetened Condensed Milk Buttercream Ring and a Pecan Coconut Crumble Center topped with a Chocolate Drizzle inside and out.

2. Chocolate Yummy = Chocolate Pudding Buttercream Ring with a Cream Cheese Cool Whip Center and a Peacan topping

3. Classic Birthday Cake.. aka Yellow cake with Chocolate frosting = Cake Batter Flavor Buttercream with a Canned Chocolate Frosting Center

Delivery is Friday
This week's order deadline is 10 PM on Monday so that I know what I need to purchase and bake. (If you want to order after that message me and I can see what I have extra of) they are $2.50 each

I try to make everything from scratch and also GF but sometimes it's not doable. New symbol on menu (GF with red 🚫 means not gluten free.

I have pickup locations in Longville, Moss Bluff, and now Dequincy. If you are anywhere outside those areas just shoot me a message and we will figure out a meet-up.

Bear with me here... Friday I was hanging out with my Sway Boutique
friends Brittany Hebert DeRouen Amanda Fitzenreiter Dinger and Calista Netherland .
We were talking about macarons of course 😏.
We then proceeded to brain storm flavors of things we have had or that we loved annnnddddd.....that turned into this weeks menu!! Don't be afraid to try new things. This is what keeps me going...being inspired by new flavors.
So here they are

1. Neapolitan = Choclate shell with a Strawberry Buttercream ring and a Vanilla Buttercream Center

2. Caramel Frito = Regular shell with a Frito crumble on top. Salted caramel Buttercream ring with a Frito caramel drizzle center. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ya'll know I make it up as I go right??

3. Chocolate Orange = Regular shell with a Dark Choclate Ganache Ring and an Orange Marmalade center.

Now delivery...thats going to be Thursday or Saturday..I have appts in Houston all day Friday so if I finish early I'll deliver sometime Thursday..if not I'll do it Saturday. Ill message you as always the other deliver.

I'm baaaack!! Look 👀 at these fan favorites I'm doing this week.

1. Pistachio = Pistachio shell with a Pistachio Buttercream Center

2. Cannoli= Ricotta Buttercream Inside with a waffle crumble on top of shell then side dipped in dark chocolate and pistachio

3. S'mores= Graham Cracker Shell with a Milk Chocolate ganache ring and marshmallow center
