This wedding cake was so cool to make.

And the delivery was just as sweet. I love when I get to see the bride and groom's reactions.

"A little bit of sugar, a little bit of everything."

What do you think about this Mac-Miller themed, vintage heart cake?

I particularly love the gray with the light pink. I think it coordinates well with the edible image.

The customer loved it!! 😊

This was a busy week! I pulled a couple 12 hour days and a couple 6 hour days, but it was so worth it hearing such great feedback from my customers 😁.

I truly love my job! It makes me so happy to be a small part of the memories being made among family and friends.

What do you think of my innovative idea to use cooling racks as refrigerator shelves for my cake layers? 😆 I thought it was genius! These are the things I think about as I lay in bed at night trying to fall asleep!!

I meant to get another video of all the cakes stacked and coated in buttercream, but I was so busy, I forgot! 😔

Sweet buttercream blooms.

Existence is pain, but at least there is cake.

Wubba lubba dub dub, pass the dessert.

This is NOT your cue to send in an AI inspo photo 😆.

--------------------------------

A lot of cake artists are afraid of AI inspo photos 😳. (I'm not afraid 😎. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself.)

And yet, a lot of bakers are USING AI to advertise the bakes they offer?! What's up with that? (You definitely won't see this from LMC.)

What you need to know...

AI images are often generated with details that aren’t practical for buttercream and sugar. They give unrealistic expectations for edible art. While I can create a similar design, it will never be an exact replica.

One has to manage his/her expectations when providing an AI generated inspo photo.

--------------------------------

That said! How'd I do? It's always nerve-wracking after I send the customer a photo of their order. ...waiting for their response. But even moreso with AI inspo photos.

Truvy: "What are your colors, Shelby?"

Shelby: "My colors are 'blush' and 'bashful.'"

M'Lynn: "Her colors are 'pink' and 'pink.'"

Shelby: "My colors are 'blush' and 'bashful,' Mama! I have chosen two shades of pink, one is much deeper than the other."

He or She? Boy or Girl? Boots or Bows? Tutus or Ties? Staches or Lashes?

This cake holds the secret - 🩷 or 💙

What's your favorite Gender Reveal theme? Or is it best to keep it simple with just white buttercream on the outside and pink or blue inside?

09/21/2026

Blue-tifully baked and Gargamel-approved. 💙 No Smurfs were harmed in the making of this cake.

From the customer:
Hi Tasha! I just wanted to reach out to tell how much we’ve loved the cake! Not only did it look great, but it was delicious! Everyone loved it! I had to keep myself away because I kept going back for more! 🤗
