Ive always wanted to make macarons. Ive always been afraid to because people say its taken them years to master them.
Did I master them? Not even close, but I was literally almost in tears as I filled these and put them together. Because it wasnt that hard, and I know I can make them even better next time!!
Lemon buttercream with raspberry jam are the yellow filled. The others are chocolate buttercream with chocolate ganache.
