Hey y’all!! And, be on the lookout for the occasional extras!!!

It is owned by Pastry Chef Amber Lynn Shumack in Quitman, Mississippi who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu-Austin’s patisserie and baking program in 2006. Thank you for coming to my little place on the Internet for my small, home-based bakery! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help you celebrate your special occasion. And, I’m very grateful for all of the support from my local community! Custom orders take additional time to design and some may require extra time to order special ingredients, tools, or supplies. Due to this reason, I ask for at least 3 weeks notice for custom orders, but I try my best to accommodate you if needed sooner. So, please don’t hesitate to send a message and I’ll see what I can do! Pre-sale seasonal items will be posted a few weeks before the holiday/event. Please review all info in the post with instructions on how to order. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your goodies!
