Officially ONE year since I started taking orders for Crim’s Crumbles. There have been countless lessons and many orders fulfilled during that time. It all started because of the Adams County CEO program and took off from there. From large orders containing about TWELVE dozen cupcakes to the orders that were one dozen they all kept me going. Going on the menu originally was going to just be sugar cookies and cupcakes to it now being sugar cookies, four flavors of cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, sticky rolls, brownies, buttermints, and four types of gourmet cookies. Every event, every order, special request, and purchase made a difference. Thank you all for supporting me over this past year and for the many more yet to come.

I am a little late to posting this, but 2025 was a great year for Crim's Crumbles.

In 2025,
I officially started Crim's Crumbles after months of planning in the Adams County CEO class, on March 17.
After that point I had my first large order of 12 dozen cupcakes
After that I had a few 1 dozen orders for cupcakes, which were always a super fun thing to make.
Then Easter came around and I did a few orders of Sugar Cookies which were a great creative opportunity with the new season. With a few more orders here and there, which kept me busy.
Then came the event that I had been working towards in class, The Adams County CEO Trade Show, which was my first event and one of the biggest learning curves, from one item that was not going to even be on my menu, to it now being the best seller.
Another 12 dozen order for an FFA event, which was a lot of fun.
Then came graduation time, I made 6 dozen cupcakes for my graduation party, then 4 dozen sugar cookies for another graduation party that I was super proud of.
First weekend in August I had the opportunity to sell my goods at another small business for a few short months, and I am forever grateful for that opportunity, I started selling more cinnamon rolls there then I did before.
Moving on to the next event in September, was the New Canton Harvest Festival, my first out of county event, which was fun working with other businesses that had a lot more experience than I did.
Then came Ladies Night at Farm and Home, where I sold most of my stock before I could even take a picture of the table, which I am beyond grateful for, after an hour and a half I was completely sold out, my first sell out EVER.
Then I made a cute little smash cake, for the theme of Halloween, a cute little pumpkin.
Then moving on to Men's Night at Farm and Home in November, I learned to bring more stock and more cinnamon rolls, I introduced Sticky Rolls and those became a really good seller at events. As well as butter mints, which sold a lot better than I ever would have thought.
Then for thanksgiving, in the few hours I had available, I made sugar cookies for a party, which was a good change up.
Then another 17 dozen of cupcakes split in between two events, which was a lot of fun.
Then came my last event for the year, which was the Holiday Celebration at Farm and Home, where I decided to offer treat boxes, which were a lot of fun.
Then one more online bake sale, including cinnamon rolls, sticky rolls, and butter mints to end the year.

I’m sure there are a few that I missed, but ever order had an impact, between the new things I learned each time I’m beyond grateful for each individual tagt has supported me along the way. 2025 was a year of wins in my business, a lot of new learning curves, but something that I would choose to do 10,000 times over again. Thanks to everyone who has supported me over the past year. Here's to a better 2026!o
