To Our Wonderful Customers,

It’s with heavy hearts that we share this news—our last day at the bakery will be this Friday, August 29th. We invite you to stop by and help us celebrate not only our amazing baker’s birthday but also the incredible journey we’ve had at 430 Dix Ave.

As many of you know, the building has been sold, and it’s time for us to turn the page and begin a new chapter. We are endlessly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us over the past year. This isn’t the end of Haux Nest—it’s just a short goodbye.

We’re working hard behind the scenes on what comes next, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition. I’m still going to be practicing my craft of baking and bread making over at Stinky’s Coffee come November. Someone who is just as passionate about his product and people. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Happy Saturday everyone!

Today we will have limited amounts of bread due to our bread mixer going on vacation without us. We are putting out as much old fashioned hand mixed bread as possible today. We are working on getting it fixed asap, in the meantime we also have:

- Cookie Rolls
- Cookie stacks
