My best friend’s birthday was the day after Thanksgiving, so yall know we had to have one of our epic cooking/baking dates to celebrate. We made spinach dip, homemade tortilla chips, ziti, stuffed shells with cheese, spinach and cheese, and meat, garlic bread, rolls with garlic butter, chicken cutlets, seasoned fries, cheesecake, and gingerbread cake. Happiest of birthdays my love! Here’s to a lifetime of TikTok recipe exchanges and cooking dates!

Made mac and cheese and a gingerbread cake with brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean, cream cheese frosting for Friendsgiving! Thankful for friends, family, and everybody that had supported me through the years.

I hope everybody enjoyed the pound cakes last night! Thanks again to my WONDERFUL friend Gus for yet another incredible mixer and night of community. Y’all know I’m a planner and I loveee to plan, so I’m gearing up for the pride mixer next month and deciding what desert(s) to do! What dessert do you wanna see from me next month? It’ll be the OG pride flag colors and trans pride flag colors, so make the suggestions good! 😉😘

Welcome to the world, baby girls! Two of my friends had a baby shower last weekend and as part of my gift to them, I offered to make the cake and cupcakes. The theme was everything pink, purple, glitter, and went well with fairies! Dana and Kelley, thank you for trusting me with the desserts for this special occasion! It’s a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate mousse filling, and the outside is vanilla buttercream with rose gold edible luster dust.
