We’ve been making some exciting changes behind the scenes, and today we finally get to share one of our favorites with you…

Meet our brand new logo!

You’ll soon start seeing our new logo proudly making its way onto our freshly baked sourdough loaves!

Our look may be changing, but everything you love about our bread is staying exactly the same — handcrafted sourdough, quality ingredients, and every loaf baked with lots of love.

Watching this little microbakery grow has been pretty incredible, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has ordered a loaf, picked one up at PVM, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply cheered us on along the way.

We can’t wait to see our new logo stamped onto your next loaf!

A Small Business Reminder ❤️

This isn’t our usual type of post, but we feel it’s important to say this.

Behind every loaf of sourdough is a small business; real time, real ingredients, and a lot of hard work. We take pride in providing a top-tier, handcrafted product, and we work hard to make sure every order is prepared with the same care we would expect for ourselves.

Because of that, payment is required to confirm and secure your order. This policy isn’t about being difficult or distrustful—it’s simply one of the ways we protect our small business, our ingredients, and the time that goes into every loaf.

Unfortunately, attempts to defraud or scam our business will not be tolerated. Any fraudulent activity will be documented, reported to the appropriate platforms/authorities, and the individual will be blocked from placing future orders.

We truly appreciate everyone who supports our little bakery, respects our policies, and continues to choose locally made, small-batch sourdough. ❤️

No loaf drop at Putnam Valley Market this week as we’re taking a little time to recharge.

The shelves at PVM just got dangerously delicious.

Today’s sourdough drop is officially in the wild — fresh baked, crackly crusted, and smelling like the kind of decision-making your diet warned you about.

Limited loaves. No backups. No secret stash hidden in the trunk of our car. Once they’re gone, they’re gone-gone.

If you’ve been thinking about “stopping by later,” this is your sign that later is how heartbreak happens.

⚠️ Reports are coming in from Putnam Valley Market of dangerously fresh sourdough on the premises.

Witnesses describe:
🥖 crackly crusts
🥖 warm, bakery-fresh aroma
🥖 uncontrollable butter application
🥖 people “just grabbing one” and somehow leaving with three

Today’s loaves were baked fresh THIS MORNING and quantities are very limited. Once the shelves are cleared, that’s it until the next bake.

We cannot legally guarantee happiness… but we can strongly suggest grabbing a loaf before your neighbor does. 👀🔥
