Let’s Talk Tuesday! Equisetum spp. aka Horsetail.

It’s past prime harvesting now, at least what I have here is. The “leaves” (they’re not actually leaves) are drooping and the stems are growing longer and tougher.
I was able to harvest a fair amount this spring so I should be set for the year.
Anyway, this is in progress here for a UTI powder and a hair growth product (I’m testing the hair growth, I’ll let you know how it goes).

Oh my goodness!! Thank you so much for coming to Bemidji’s Natural Choice Farmers Market this morning!

A couple weeks ago, at the Vintage Market at the fairgrounds, a lady was talking about my booth at the market and said “get there at 8:30 and get in line!”

She wasn’t wrong. Every week I am humbled and totally blown away by the many wonderful people who show up to support my little business.

Thank you all so much for making all the hours of hard work worth it!!

Hazel sold out of her cookies and also says “thank you very much for helping me earn vacation money!”

The kids are planning ahead for family vacation later this summer.
They know the drill- if you want to spend it, you have to earn it.
