My freeze dryer has been going nonstop this summer drying all sorts of herbs. This bag makes 2lbs of freeze dried calendula so far!
Now I’m curious to start weighing the other herbs I’ve got done. So exciting!!

It’s labeled as pizza crust because that’s its primary use for most people. We do use it as pizza crust quite often. But my favorite way to eat it is slightly warmed and torn into pieces as I dip it in vinegar and oil. Or I’ll use it as the bread for my sandwich. I think I like flatbread more than regular loaves.
I’ll have a bunch available tomorrow from nine to one at the Farmers Market if you’d like to give it a try.
