Everyone is always curious who bakes all of our delicious treats so we are going to start a series introducing you to all of our talented vendors from the store.

Hello, my name is Israel Daisy. I am a stay-at-home and also a homeschool mom who has found so much joy in baking.

I moved to Punxsutawney from Pittsburgh about five years ago, and that’s when my sourdough journey began. What started as something new quickly became something I truly love. Baking has brought me so much joy, but even more than that, I’ve discovered how much I love connecting with people and serving them.

Every person I get to share my baked goods with is an opportunity to meet someone new and make a connection.

The Rising Crumbs is known for her delicious chocolate chip sourdough cookies, yummy fresh baked sourdough bread, and her coffee cakes! You can find her wonderful products at our store almost everyday but they do sell fast!
