✨ POLICIES — Please Read ✨
💜As a small home bakery, I pour my heart, time, ingredients, & resources into every single order. This is my livelihood so I now feel I have to post this.

✅ORDERS & BOOKING
• All orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours in advance.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment or the 50% required deposit is received.
• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee & are only subject to availability.

❎CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Due to the custom nature of my products, no refunds are offered once production has started.
• Cancellations made before production may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded).
• Date changes are subject to availability.

⭐️PAYMENTS
• A Non-refundable deposit (50%) is now required to secure your order & date.
• Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
• Production does not begin without payment.
•Too many times things are picked up & NOT paid for.

⏰PICKUP & DELIVERY
•If you are unable to pick up your order at the agreed-upon date & time, we will need to schedule a new pickup time.
•I CANNOT wait indefinitely as I do not just sit at home. I am a mother & grandmother of busy kiddos & my schedule must work around them, my family, my life, as well as my baking.
• Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.
• Late pickups may affect quality.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.
• Once goods leave my care, I’m not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.
•When an order goes unclaimed, I am left with the cost of ingredients, packaging, time, & labor — a complete loss.

❎CANCELLATIONS
•Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance for a full refund (if pre-paid in full)
•I understand that emergencies happen, & I will always try to be understanding — but to keep things fair for everyone, these policies must be followed.
