Sincere apologies for the lack of a December class. I have been in the midst of an 18-month IT system implementation at work. Also, it’s getting increasingly harder to find a location for the class. I managed to make a single large (8” x 10”) holiday cookie, squeezing in a few decorating minutes here and there.

I absolutely intend to have a gluten-free and a regular class following the January go-live of my work project.
