I think this is my 8th year participating in Provo’s Christmas Market. I was so nervous to put out my meager offering the first year. But I’ve grown and developed my display. There have been good years and not so good. There have been years where I’ve been more prepared than others. And there have been years that customers have been distracted by the enormous (and admittedly adorable) St. Bernard in the booth next door. 😝 But it’s a beloved event year after year. If you’re local, come check it out. They have great music, Santa, lighting the lights, and even a few fireworks!

It’s time for me to start planning this year’s Literary Noir chocolates. Last year I made chocolates based on characters/themes of Jane Eyre. Which book should I do this year? I’ve got flavors planned for Wizard of Oz and The Hunger Games. Or should I do a collection for classic Christmas stories? PS: these postcards of vintage book covers are from the British Library (except the hunger games). ?
