And that's a wrap! It's been a busy few weeks, but all orders are done. I will not be taking on anymore orders from here on out. THANK YOU to all who have supported me! It's been a fantastic journey working as Benchtop Baking Co. ❤️

To my dear friends & customers:
I will be taking a big step back from formal baking. As pictured, there are some new additions to our family- dogs, chickens & ducks, as well as a larger garden- and my focus is shifting. As much as I love baking, I am finding it harder & harder to find the time to truly focus on it. There are other ventures my husband and I are working on; my children are getting older and we have many activities planned; plus the never ending list of home renovations.
I will honor all orders & weddings on the books, but will then be done with this business. I will still use this platform to showcase things I do bake for my family & for fun, but prepare for some rebranding. THANK YOU to all who have been loyal customers. I truly appreciate all of your support!

Raspberry cream scones from 👩‍🍳
This has been my go-to scone recipe for a few years. We picked raspberries from Breezy Hill Berry Farm over the weekend and I knew these scones would be in our future! My only substitution was some vanilla bean paste in place of the rose water for the icing.

An anniversary cake for one of my best friends! It was to resemble her wedding cake with the flavors and the Cornelia lace decoration on the sides, but we decided to add some buttercream roses and a few touches of gold for a little flare. Happy anniversary ❤️
