Life lately has been….busy 🤪 I’m still baking for my regulars that wanted to stay on the order list but finding less time to experiment or offer multiple items a week. Hoping to open some orders with new items maybe sometime in November (holiday bakes anyone?! 😍). I’m also working on another little side project I hope to share soon.

But for now, I’m so excited to check another thing off my baking bucket list. ✅ Sourdough baguettes turned out delish! 🥖Perfect crust and not too difficult. 🤗 So pleased with how they turned out!

Ok review time. They were definitely a rich and delicious treat. They tasted like summer! Buuuuuttt I think I’m still a sucker for the original cinnamon roll recipe. 🤪 A fun alternative to serve at a summer family brunch 😃

Alright friends. I’m feeling uninspired. What should I make next? Someone give me a challenge. Give me something that excites my baking interest. I’m currently doing another round of ciabatta becuase is makes such an easy samdwhich. What else? Hit me with your ideas!

Should I try and do cinnamon rolls at scale? Those scare the bejesus out of me! I would need volunteers for sample orders. 🤔

Tried something new in the lab this weekend. Blueberry lemon bars and of course they have a little starter in them 😜 Charlotte says they taste like lemonade 🍋😋

I’ve wanted to make sourdough ciabatta for a while now. The process is similar to focaccia but it’s an “open bake” which is always intimidating to me. But nonetheless, we came, we tried, we conquered! And I’m here to tell you it was delicious! 😋🤌😜
