New: Country sourdough. (This has a wonderful hearty flavor. not quite white flour and not quite whole grain giving a rustic-style flavor. The milling process for this flour replicates older milling techniques and has a higher ash content increasing the nutritional value).

Have you been wanting to try my Sourdough English Muffins??? Today is the day. I made extras this weekend and they are half price today ❤️ I've been practicing making a couple of goodies without flour. Today I have some pumpkin oatmeal bars as samples. Next time, I will use organic gluten free oats so they are gluten sensitive friendly.
