Our menu for this week at Alpha and Omega Farm is live!

Here's what we're baking:

🫐🍋 Wild Blueberry Lemon Pie Picnic Kit (Saturday only)
Made with wild Maine blueberries and a buttery scratch-made crust. Everything you need to enjoy a scratch-made pie on the go.

🍪 Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

🥜🍫 Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookies

We have up to five Pie Picnic Kits available for Saturday, and they must be preordered in advance. Ordering closes Thursday at the end of the day.

Each Pie Picnic Kit includes everything you need to share a whole pie: plates, forks, napkins, and a pie knife/server included.

You can order directly through Alpha and Omega Farm on the same page where you reserve your pizza crusts. Link in the comments below.

We don't typically post an open menu, but we've put together a list of some of our most-loved and frequently baked items to help inspire your next preorder or custom order.

This isn't everything we offer — we're always testing new recipes and seasonal treats in the kitchen — but it's a great place to start if you're wondering what we bake.

You know it’s going to be a good week when your rice crispy treat has potato chips in it! 😍

We’re excited to set up at Alpha and Omega Farm this Thursday, June 11, and Saturday, June 13, from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (or until sold out).

Here’s what we're baking:

🥧 Rhubarb Custard Pie Slices, made with rhubarb from our garden and served cold

🍪 Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

🥔 Potato Chip Rice Crispy Treats (GF), made with browned butter

All of our baked goods are made in small batches with high-quality ingredients, farm-fresh eggs, and local, seasonal specialty ingredients whenever possible.

Things have been a little quiet around here lately, so I wanted to do something fun!

If you're heading to Pizza Night at Alpha and Omega Farm this week, you'll be able to find our treats at the host stand.

While we won't be set up at the farm this week, our cookies will be holding down the fort for us. ❤️

Introducing... Pie Kits! 🥧

We've been wanting to offer whole pies during Pizza Nights at Alpha and Omega Farm for a while now, but we wanted to make sure they were easy to serve and enjoy with family and friends.

So, we created our Pie Kits.

Everything you need to share a pie after an evening of wood-fired pizza under the trees. 🌳❤️

Each Pie Kit includes:
🥧 One 9x9 whole pie made with organic fruit and a buttery scratch-made crust
🍽️ Eight plates
🍴 Eight forks
🧻 Eight napkins
🔪 Stainless steel pie knife and server

This week's pie flavors:
🍋 Wild Blueberry Lemon Pie
🫐 Blueberry Rhubarb Pie

Pricing: $60 (serves 8 generous slices)

Pie Kits are available for preorder now for pickup at Alpha and Omega Farm on Thursday, June 4.

This season, expect a seasonally rotating menu featuring pie, our bakery-style chocolate chip cookies, and one featured item each week.

All of our baked goods are made in small batches with high-quality ingredients, farm fresh eggs, and local, seasonal specialty ingredients whenever possible.

Pro tip: swing by early to grab your treats for the evening. And honestly… pie makes a fantastic appetizer. 😂
