It’s always been about so much more than cookies 🤍

I get asked all the time, “What’s your favorite cookie?” 🍪

And the answer really depends on the moment… but if there’s a cup of coffee involved? Brown Butter Pecan. Every. single. time. ☕️🤎

The caramel-y notes from the brown butter, the crunch of pecans, and that little hit of sea salt on top just make it the perfect combination. 🙌🏼

And now that cooler weather has finally made its way to Texas? This needed to be said. 🍁

Warm cookie. Hot coffee. Let’s go. 👏🏼

What. A. DAY. 🤍

There is something so special about being surrounded by the gluten-free community 🤍 seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, sharing conversations, and watching so much joy fill Chestnut Square today.

From the VIP line before the market even opened to every single person who stopped by our table, supported our little business, grabbed a cookie, or simply said hello… thank you. Truly.

And an extra special thank you to my dad, who came in from out of town to help me today. I genuinely could not have done this one without him. 🤍

Days like today remind me that Little Lion has become about so much more than cookies.

We’re incredibly grateful to have a seat at this table. 🤍🍪

Thank you, Chestnut Square Village 🦁 Until next time! 👏🏼

Fall weather is FINALLY starting to make an appearance, and you know what that means… 🍂

S’mores season. 🙌🏼🔥🤤

There’s just something about cooler days that makes the classic combination of chocolate, graham cracker, and gooey marshmallow just hit a little different 🤤

Luckily, you don’t need a campfire. 😉

Our S’mores cookie brings all of it together in one warm, nostalgic, ridiculously delicious gluten-free cookie.

Fall, we’ve been waiting for you. 🍪🍂

Don’t forget to pick yours up this Sunday at the GF event taking place at the Chestnut Square in McKinney!
