****please be aware that menu will be changing quickly today as we sell out of items- we will be unable to respond to messages asking whatā€™s left due to the fact that that is going to be changing so quickly as we sell through items

Today we announce the closure of Gather On Main.
We will officially close after a final Happy Hour Thursday August 4th.

Owning your own business and opening a restaurant comes with challenges during any timeframe. Opening 5 days before this country got rocked by Covid made those challenges even harder. The post Covid economy even more so.

After a couple weeks enjoying our family together, we've come to the realization that working so many hours a week (we've stop counting how many hours long ago), never being able to fully unplug from work even during "non work" hours, giving up nights and weekends to work, and doing all of this without the return of a stable pay, just isn't in the cards for our family anymore.

We dedicated more than 3 years to restoring two buildings and opening a dream restaurant in this little town. Today we move our dedication on to other things.

The restaurant and building is officially up for sale. The love and time put into the restoration speaks for itself. We have full faith that Princeton's downtown is on its way up, and hope another will take our location and carry on with something amazing.
