Okay but this Garlic Bomb loaf 😮‍💨🧄

I finally got the cute design to actually stay during the bake instead of disappearing 😂 and honestly I’m kinda obsessed with how this one turned out.

Crispy outside, soft inside, loaded with garlic flavor, and smells SO good fresh out of the oven 🤍 I swear fresh bread coming out of the oven heals at least half my problems lol.

Definitely one of my favorite loaves lately and probably one of the prettiest too ✨

Yesterday I baked a whole bunch of sourdough loaves at the office and let some coworkers try a slice… and one of them came up to me after and said, “You should seriously sell this bread. It tastes like heaven.” 🥹🍞

I don’t think people realize how much comments like that mean to a small baker. Every late night feeding starter, every failed loaf, every experiment, every “am I actually good at this?” moment suddenly feels worth it.

Sometimes you just need a little reminder that you’re on the right path — and yesterday felt like one of those moments for me. 🤍

So here’s your sign that Bakes by Shae is only getting started. ✨
