They have been tested and are ready to be sold!! Base choices include beef, pork, chicken, and vegan/gluten free. Anything can be added: potato,jalapeno, cheese. The possibilities are endless.
Red and green chili enchilada style available as well.
$20 a dozen

I've gotten a lot of requests for tamales. I will be working on a recipe this week. I will also be incorporating special diets to my menu. Any an all requests are considered with proper notification. I'm so excited and thankful for the support. I will be posting progress and new menu ideas soon.
