I started this little gluten free bakery from my home in 2021 as part of my own healing journey. My gluten free story began years earlier, in 2004, when my son Koa was diagnosed with autism and epilepsy, he had to eat gluten free and this mama put herself through gluten free boot camp before anything was even labeled gf. After losing him in 2018, creating baked goods for people with food allergies and sensitivities became a heart project, a way to honor his memory and share comfort, joy, and connection through food everyone could enjoy safely.
Your support turned this home based bakery into a community, one filled with kind messages, encouragement, and photos of your celebrations.
Being a part of your birthdays, weddings, baby showers, holidays, and even the simple little everyday moments that make life sweet has truly been an honor and joy. You’ve made the past few years incredibly special, helping me to heal my heart, and I’m forever grateful..
It’s bittersweet to share that our family will soon be moving out of state, and with that, I’ll be closing the bakery here in Prescott.
I’ll be posting updates soon about final order dates, (more than likely the end of November or beginning/middle of December) and what’s next, so stay tuned!
