The Cookie Room 422 My love for baking was inspired by my grandmother, Sallie. She was an excellent cook BUT she loved to bake especially around the holidays.

She had a room in her house that was designated as "The Cookie Room". So in her memory, I chose that name.

I know I've been out of the loop for a while since I spent the summer traveling with Lynzie, waiting for a fractured wrist to heal, getting Lynzie off to college and just getting adjusted to being home. BUT that doesn't mean I haven't been baking and trying new things. So here are some of the things I've been doing!

Past week was busy. Whether baking for myself or someone else!

Been a while since posting. Got back from the Masters and between work, orders and getting Lynzie thru the last weeks of school, It's been a little busy. My baby girl graduates next week.😪 But I am so proud of her and all that she has achieved. I'll be all up in my feelings next week along with all of the other senior parents!😂
