Had a super time at Prairie du Chien Thursday Night Farmers Market tonight - such great variety of items and friendly vendors. Had to try a BBQ pork sandwich for supper from Udder Brothers' Creamery of Boscobel - so, so good! Also had a great visit with our "next door neighbor" at the market - Sherrie Rickertsen from Monona - her handmade items are absolutely beautiful. She makes some of her handbags and purses from cork fabric - so unique and wonderfully made.

A portion of our proceeds tonight will again be donated to charities...recipients will be Couleecap, Inc. Bargain Boutique and Food Pantry in Prairie du Chien and World Central Kitchen.

Our jumbo cupcakes aren't "dressed" yet...these are waiting for their buttercream frosting and will be ready for Prairie du Chien Thursday Night Farmers Market later today.

BUT...we also know that some of you don't care for frosting, so we'll leave some of these in their PJs. Take a couple home, top with your favorite berries or ice cream - or just leave them to enjoy as they are.

Not quite ready to eat them today? Just wrap them up or put in an airtight container and pop them in the freezer until you're ready (our frosted ones freeze well too)!

SOLD OUT! Had a great time at Platteville Night Market tonight! Great talking with all who stopped by, and thanks to market manager Jenna Phillips, and to Melissa Thierfelder with RootedTogether1988 for all their help with this newbie. Also enjoyed the friendly conversation with Melissa and her parents, and seeing her cute kids!
