Craving some sourdough!? Come meet my mom, owner and baker of Fields of Flavor Artisan Bread Studio this Saturday 9/7 at the Poynette Farmers Market from 8 to noon! She will be located in my spot at the market, oh, and guess what, she'll also have some gluten free bread there as well! I know several of you have asked for gluten free before. See you then!

It is with a mix of gratitude and a heavy heart that I announce the permanent closure of Rustic Rise Sourdough Microbakery LLC. After much reflection and consideration of my other commitments, I've decided to step back from my cottage bakery.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to share my love for sourdough with such an amazing community. Your support, enthusiasm, and encouragement have meant the world to me.

As we close this chapter, I’m excited to introduce you to my mom’s cottage bakery, Fields of Flavor Artisan Bread Studio, located in Deforest. She’ll be serving up delicious sourdough and gluten-free (friendly) breads to meet all your future needs. Check her out here 👇🏻

The Little Debbie oatmeal cream pie cookie is a favorite treat in our house, so it only made sense to see if we could recreate it using sourdough! Let's just say, they are a hit!

While it's undetermined if these fun treats will ever be on our menu, you may just see them for sampling during a porch pickup!

I've been busy in the kitchen creating and testing some unique focaccias! This is taking inspiration from jelly filled and Bavarian cream filled doughnuts and combining it with the fun and unique bread style of the focaccia. As I finalize the recipe, expect to see these on an upcoming menu soon!!
