Harry Potter extravaganza! We start with a book that was the cake. I'm all about detail and accuracy so the wand is 11inches long with holly branch bark and a hidden surprise! Inside there is a phoenix feather that reveals itself upon snapping the wand. The gilded pages show a little wear and tear as any well worn book should. The golden snitch was tricky but a cool challenge to tackle. Of course...the Marauders map was done with the help of a top quality artist. Ryan helped me bring the map to life and I appreciate his help immensely . It was an awesome project to accomplish

Moana cake with lots of little extras. Can't have Moana without some ocean waves. She's also hanging out with the heart of Tafiti and Maui's hook. She must have her stars to guide her and some hidden Kakamora.

I finally got to do my Darth Vader cake! It was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Dark side through and through. This one was so sleek and smooth that it didn't leave much room for the hidden details that it like to include on every cake but, I'm happy with it nonetheless. I was able to sneak in the respirator screen as an extra detail though.

Cake a for Princess. I got to try a new method for tea Rose's and I was absolutely amazed at the results! Hand painted gold pearls and leaves with a sparkly shimmer crown to literally top it all off.This cake also had matching cupcakes but somehow they escaped photographs.

Mississippi mud cake! This one started with an Oreo crust. The second layer was an absolutely decadent flourless chocolate cake😍It continues with scratch made dark chocolate pudding and topped with a delicious homemade whipped cream. Note that I didn't get a lot of pictures of the cake as a whole...It didn't last long before being cut.

This is my new masterpiece! I present to you the Millennium Falcon! The whole cake cake is entirely edible as well as the Lego blocks. No rebel ship would be complete without some Storm troopers to try and overtake it. They were made with white chocolate.
