A Throwback Thursday to when Jo made this super yummy “coffee cake”. ☕️🍰
Not a typical coffee cake you eat with your coffee, but a yellow cake infused with coffee and topped with buttercream icing and bites of chocolate ganache.

It's official! Yo Jo's Baked Goods now has a virtual home. Our little baked goods and kitchen mess making teenager just got a little more organized and is taking orders for her yummy concoctions.

She has no plans to get crazy, she is just 13 after all and busy with school and competitive gymnastics, but would like to offer her love of baking yummy (with health and allergen conscious options) treats to those in the Knoxville area that may enjoy her talent.

Her Mom, Sara Sweany Whitehead, will be running things for her since she's still not allowed on social media. So if you need something quickly, just find her on FB and shoot her a message.
