During the Covid19 🦠 lockdowns in March of 2020 I needed an outlet for all of the nervous energy that the pandemic created. There is quite a learning curve to sourdough but I baked bread every single day, and after a lot of trial and error I began to excel at it! t of state. I knew I would have to get creative to help her to realize her dreams. As a classically trained chef I had the skills and know how, but selling my gourmet sourdough felt so intimidating! I set aside my fears and launched Wild Crumb Bakery. 👩🍳
