Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
How is it already September? Despite the summer cruising by, there are still great things happening on the weekends to celebrate the approaching fall.
For this month we are featuring our Apple flavors. Our Apple Pie Cheesecake which is an Old American classic combined with a new age cheesecake sensation. With all your favorite apple pie spices and chunky apple pieces, this cheesecake is a perfect marriage of apple pie and cheesecake. The apple pie filling is in a layer underneath our signature creamy cheesecake, with the savory graham cracker crust that adds to the apple pie flare. We then decorate with a little caramel on top, which adds a complimentary hint of sweet taste. The best of both worlds all in one cake. We also have our Apple C***r Bourbon Cheesecake that is similar to the apple pie cheesecake. The Apple pie filling is kicked up a notch with bourbon , hard c***r and a little maple that is cooked and caramelized which makes for another Apple flavor sensation that will make you smile!

Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
We hope you are all having a great summer. It's nice to see you all at so many different events. It's hard to believe that we are already into August, but there is still plenty good times to be had with fall just around the corner.
For the month of just August, I am taking a bit of a breather from the weekend events, but I am still here for all your needs. September & October we will be rolling every weekend with a lot fun events and fall flavors in play.
So, mark your calendars for Labor Day weekend September 5&6. The annual Stormville Antique Show /Flea Market. Our September List of events for the month will follow soon.
For this month we will feature one of our more popular flavors. Our Salted Caramel Cheesecake which has become a fan favorite. This cheesecake is made with that popular salty /sweet mix that is the best of both worlds to bring your taste buds to life. We make fresh caramel with some added sea salt, then blend it in our original creamy batter. It is then layered in the bottom of our buttery crust and topped with our plain cheesecake for a complete balance of flavors rolled into one bite. Something new to try for those who like caramel but the salty hint makes for a contrast of flavors and not too overly sweet. To be really decadent, we can do It with a Chocolate cheesecake as well.
Don't forget, you can order one of our fresh homemade cheesecakes for any occasion or just to enjoy a tasty treat guaranteed to make you smile!

Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
The month of June brings our featured flavor and the start of fun events to kick off the beginning of summer. This month we have our seasonal favorite flavor "Key Lime".
Our Key Lime Cheesecake is the ultimate for those of you who love the flavor of key lime. Just like that classic pie, we add a bottom layer of tangy lime citrus cream. It is then topped with a layer of our creamy signature plain cheesecake. The blending of the two flavors is not too tart, but just enough to be a light and refreshing summertime dessert. Our buttery Graham Cracker crust is the perfect complement added to the mix of flavors. We then sprinkle a bit of lime zest on this sweet treat for a little added tang.
