Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
The month of June brings our featured flavor and the start of fun events to kick off the beginning of summer. This month we have our seasonal favorite flavor "Key Lime".
Our Key Lime Cheesecake is the ultimate for those of you who love the flavor of key lime. Just like that classic pie, we add a bottom layer of tangy lime citrus cream. It is then topped with a layer of our creamy signature plain cheesecake. The blending of the two flavors is not too tart, but just enough to be a light and refreshing summertime dessert. Our buttery Graham Cracker crust is the perfect complement added to the mix of flavors. We then sprinkle a bit of lime zest on this sweet treat for a little added tang.

Even though it is the last weekend in May you can catch us this Saturday May 30th At the annual “Village of Fishkill” Block Party from 6-10 pm on Main St. Fishkill NY. Come enjoy this free, family-friendly street festival that features live music, Great food, on-stage entertainment, rides, and games. Something fun for a Saturday night out!

June 21th Fathers Day 2026 Save the date for the first ever man's expo event. PapaPalooza on Sunday June 21 from 11am-3pm at Heritage Financial Park ( Dutchess Stadium) Celebrate Fathers day with everything Dad could ask for and plenty for the whole family including some Tasty Cheesecake!

With the feel of spring in the air, and a bit of green starting to appear. As always time sneaks by and Easter is just a little more than a week away. We are featuring Our Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake which is always fan favorite. First, we mix natural peanut butter, Belgian Chocolate chunks, and a little of our cheesecake batter together to make a smooth, chunky blended layer within our buttery graham cracker crust. We then top it with our creamy, plain cheesecake batter. This delicious combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and our signature cheesecake makes each bite a perfectly balanced blend of each flavor. This creates a complete taste sensation. We have survived Mother Nature’s wrath over the last few months. As March begins, we are counting the days until spring. Though the winter has not been kind, it just needs to get over with! We’re all looking forward to the outdoor season and warm sunshine.

For this month we honor St. Paddy's Day with a few of our special favorites. Our Irish Cream Cheesecake is a blend of tasty, rich, real Irish Cream added to our signature creamy cheesecake. We then enhance the crust by using a mix of graham crackers with chocolate cookies. It can only get better being topped with chocolate cookie pieces for a little added chocolaty goodness. This is the perfect taste to highlight your St. Paddy's celebration or just a great way to cure those winter blues.
We also feature our Chocolate Irish Whiskey Cheesecake. It is a tasty combination of Dark Belgian chocolate melted with Irish whiskey before we mix it in with our signature plain creamy cheesecake. This makes for a unique and distinctive chocolaty flavor with a hint of an Irish kick. All of this is layered into our buttery graham cracker crust to form this perfect blend. After a busy year and a bit of a breather, I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Now that we have moved into the New Year, we look forward to the prospects of a better one.
This winter has not been easy so far. .A little treat here and there can be comforting and will keep the inspiration going to get through the next few months. We've gotten thru January and thankfully February is a shorter month. Spring just never gets here quick enough! We start off the month with Super Bowl Sunday. Any our Cheesecakes will add a tasty finish to all your traditional "Stuper Bowl " party foods.
With Valentine's Day the weekend after, Why not try something different. Aside from the usual candy and flowers, one of our tasty cheesecakes is the gift that will leave a lasting memory for all to enjoy. With this heartfelt holiday in mind, we will feature
Our Chocolate Covered Strawberry cheesecake for the month. This Cheesecake is made with sweet, tangy Strawberries layered in the bottom of our buttery graham cracker crust. The strawberries are then smothered with a layer of dark Belgian chocolate ganache, resembling the taste of chocolate covered strawberries in the cheesecake version. It is then layered with a compliment of our original creamy cheesecake for the perfect taste of all the different flavors. For those of you who may prefer, we can do the dark chocolate layer with cherries as well. We always have something to make the occasion special and put a smile on your face.
This time of year in that bit of a breather, I try to come up with a new novel flavor. So we now have added it to our menu.

So Far, Mother nature has reminded us that it is winter. Now that it is January, the "after holiday blues" are about to set in. Our featured flavor can help chase those blues away. Our Brownie/Hot Cocoa Cheesecake is our savory graham cracker crust layered with fudgy brownies on the bottom and topped with our signature batter that tastes just like Hot Cocoa. Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
It's hard to believe that it's November which means the outdoor season for us is coming to an end. There is still one more chance to get out and enjoy the Autumn weather.
The last Stormville Flea Market "Christmas in November" is this weekend on Saturday ONLY from 8am-4pm. It's a great start to get inspired and do shopping for the Holiday season that is quickly approaching. We are in spot 105, with all your favorite flavors including our seasonal favorites of Apple, Pumpkin and Pecan Pie.

In Honor of one of the favorite holiday flavors, we feature our Pecan Pie Cheesecake. It is a delicious combination of sweet and nutty Pecan Pie filling for the bottom layer. We then top it with a layer of our original creamy cheesecake. This is the perfect blend of sweet and creamy that is highlighted with a texture of soft and chewy pecans. The entire cake is surrounded by our savory graham cracker crust, and then sprinkled with our homemade candied pecans for a little added crunch.

Hello Cheesecake Heaven Fans,
Fall is officially here and it’s hard to believe it’s already October. The nice weather will be inspiring, and it looks like a perfect weekend to see you all. This Sunday October 5th find us at The Warwick “AppleFest” in Warwick, NY from 9am-5pm. Make a day of it since it’ s a whole town festival with so much to do and several hundred vendors of every kind. Shop, Eat, Drink, and be Merry on this fun filled day!
We will be there with our tasty selection as well as everyone's favorite flavor of the month, Pumpkin!
Our Pumpkin Cheesecake is the best of both worlds… pumpkin pie and cheesecake all in one! A delicious blend of spiced pumpkin fills the bottom layer inside our buttery graham cracker crust. We then layer our original creamy cheesecake on top to get the perfect balance that blends so tasty together. For an additional touch, we then decorate with the pumpkin spice blend on top.
There is still a lot of great events happening through the month that you can find us at so mark your calendars.
The following weekend is the traditional October Stormville Flea Market/Antique show. We will be there Saturday and Sunday October 11th and 12th from 8am-4pm in our usual spot # T105.
It's not too soon to start thinking about holidays and get into shopping mode.
Saturday October 19th at the Rosendale Pickle Festival held at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz Ny. A fun filled day with the best of everything to do with pickles and a world of other specialty foods and craft vendors.
Saturday ONLY November 1st the Last Stormville Flea Market/Antique show “Christmas in November”
There’s so much to do in the next month so get out and enjoy the fall and all it has to offer.
