We are a retail and wholesale bakery known for our attention to detail, delectably irresistible recipes, and consistent quality. psie Plaza location, conveniently located on Route 9, minutes from the Poughkeepsie Train Station and a short ride north of Fishkill and I84. The Pastry Garden opened in December of 1984 as a small retail bakeshop by owners Stephanie & Anthony Principe and one salesperson at the current Adams Fairacre Farms location in Arlington. Sales demand was strong so more products were created and additional staff was hired. The Pastry Garden was then expanded, moving all baking and production to its current home in the Poughkeepsie Plaza. Wholesale business began to grow as restaurants and caterers discovered the variety of pastries and cakes that were available for area delivery. The Pastry Garden now employs over 50 people and is in production nearly 24 hours a day. For employment opportunities, please stop in to either convenient location for an application today! 🌭”Top Dog” is funfetti cake filled with funfetti mousse, iced in blue vanilla buttercream, decorated with buttercream hot dogs

🍫🥜”Nuts About Dad” is chocolate cake filled with peanut butter mousse and ganache, iced in stripes of peanut butter buttercream and fudge, decorated with chocolate chips, a ganache drip and Reese’s peanut butter cups on top

🥞”King of the Stack” is white cake, filled with blueberry mousse and strawberry preserves, iced in maple buttercream, topped with sweet syrup and fresh fruit

🍔”I Relish you Dad” is mixed layers of white and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream fixin’s in between each layer to look like a double cheeseburger
