Friendly reminder that the shop in Pottsville is closed so we can prepare our exclusive NYE Tasting Menu, i believe we are at 8 courses and we have a table for 2 available, but our stand at Fresh Market at Hershey Towne Square is alive and well. Breads are being delivered as this post is being typed.

If you are interested in an unbelievable dining experience with foods that are rarely, if ever, utilized in this area then give me a call. I think we are at 8 courses now but who knows. By the end of the day it could be 14. $175, per person, gets you in and we are B.Y.O.B. By the way, that is a pic of Kagoshima-gyu graded A5-12. Best on the planet and it will only be served tonight at BAKE SHOP VI.

Christmas Eve, Eve reminder... Saturday French Toast Bar! Grab your Stollen if you're gonna celebrate Christmas in a German Tradition or if you just want to try something different. A few pics from our production. See that marzipan log? It's all real.
