Christmas DIY Cookie Kits!

You can choose from either gingerbread (pictured) or normal sugar cookies.

I tried out a new muffin recipe today- double chocolate espresso! Feedback would be appreciated on these as neither my husband nor I can taste the espresso. Not sure if it’s because we drink so much we are desensitized or if it’s actually hard to taste. Either way, they are delicious double chocolate muffins.

✨Bagels✨
Jalapeño cheddar and pumpkin spice bagels can only be made in batches of 6. Plain, asiago, and sesame can be mixed in number in batches of 6.

✨Cookies✨
Reese’s Pieces have mini Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces candy, and dark chocolate chips mixed in.

✨COOKIE KITS✨
The DIY cookie kit comes with 4 pumpkins, 4 candy corn, and 4 ghost cookies. The royal icing colors are black, white, orange, and yellow. And of course! Cute themed sprinkles are a part of the box.

✨CUPCAKES✨
Caramel apple cupcakes are a spiced cake with apple mixed into the batter and a Swiss meringue buttercream topped with caramel sauce.
*all cupcakes have Swiss meringue buttercream as the icing.

I was asked to make rainbow bagels, and I love how they turned out! These are available for custom orders only and are $40/dozen due to how labor intensive they are.

I’m always up for a baking challenge, so if there’s something you want, but aren’t sure if I can do it, just ask!

Happy September, everyone! The new menu is out and will be here likely through the end of the month, possibly with a few flash sales and cookie kits as well.

✨Twisted Snickerdoodles✨
Big 4” cookies that are a step up from the normal. They have browned butter for depth of flavor and are rolled in warm fall spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and clove. You don’t want to miss these!

✨Breakfast at Luke’s Scones✨
These scones have cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecan mixed into the dough and are glazed with local maple syrup. These taste like I imagine I’d breakfast at Luke’s Diner to taste like!
