My tried and true sourdough recipe has been letting me down lately so I am experimenting with hydration levels,flour types and bulk temps before I attempt another large batch of the croissant loaf!

January is a busy basketball month for this household but I really miss the smell of fresh bread baking in the oven! I decided I need some challah in my life, so I thought I would see if anyone else wants some too!
I plan to bake on Sunday, January 11th, so they can be picked up between 4-6 on Sunday the 11th!
