Brian Spechuilli and Briana Welch are following their passion of creating sweets for the world to enjoy. Briana learned to cook from her mother at a very young age. Her mom used to have her in her little bucket baby seat and have her on the counter top, pretending to give her cooking lessons. To this day, she still loves the kitchen! Now she loves to bake and put her own twist on things to share h

er joy of baking with others. Brian's full time job is remodeling and home maintenance but once he made his first cake he was hooked. He learned a few techniques from his mother when he was young but most of his knowledge comes from practice and the show Cake Boss. Brian and Briana both love to watch the show for entertainment but also to spark new ideas and learn new tricks.
