This month’s lineup is warm, cozy, a little indulgent and very much made for fall:

🤎 Classic — Regular + Gluten-Free
Our signature cinnamon roll with that soft, fluffy center and house-made signature vanilla buttercream frosting.

✨ Dulce de Leche
Our silky soft caramel roll topped with our signature frosting and a generous dulce de leche drizzle.

🍫 Double Chocolate Sea Salt
Sinfully decadent. Chocolate folded in every layer - a chocolatey dough, dark chocolate cinnamon filling, and chocolate ganache frosting sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt to bring it all together.

🎃 Pumpkin Chai
Welcoming fall with warm autumn spices! Pumpkin-spiced dough layered with warm chai spice filling and finished with a subtle maple frosting.

🍐 Vegan Spiced Pear Crumble
Warm spiced pear filling, vegan buttery crumble and creamy vegan frosting. Cozy fall energy, completely plant-based.

I think about my mom a lot when I bake. 🤍

We never really baked together. Instead, we had this little ritual of showing each other what we’d made. As her baking grew, so did her curiosity. She’d experiment with new flavors and couldn’t wait to tell me about whatever she had experimented with.

After she passed three years ago, I found some of her handwritten recipes scattered through a notebook—little pieces of her tucked between the pages. I kept it.

And somehow, three years later, that conversation between us still feels like it’s going. Every new flavor I dream up, every late night in the kitchen, every tray of rolls and early morning drive to a market… I think of her. I imagine telling her what I made and hearing the excitement in her voice.

Sometimes I can almost feel her there with me in the kitchen and the markets, and for a moment, the distance between then and now feels a little smaller.

I know she would be so proud of my little bakery business. And I’m certain she would have fallen completely in love with my rolls. Happy birthday madre mía ❤️
