Irie Shave & Crave is a mobile food trailer specializing in the event market. We specialize in authentic Hawaiian shave ice and offer over 50 flavors of house-made syrup and eccentric toppings made with the finest ingredients. We serve house made lemonade infused with fresh berries and herbs, fancy water, and delicious Italian sodas. Irie Shave & Crave strives to buy locally whenever possible and

we protect and love our planet by utilizing green practices and resources. Message us for your event/fundraising needs so we can custom tailor our menu just the way you prefer.Fundraising is easy and fun with Irie! Choose your menu, we use your school/event colors, and a portion of each item sold goes to your organization! Our Shave & Crave cart is adorable and inviting,
offering music, covered seating and a mellow surfing sunset décor. Perfect for your outdoor wedding, birthday, bbq, or to attract customers to your BIG SALE!

Our season would not be complete without our heartfelt thank you's!

We thank the City of Gresham for providing us the wonderful space to have our weekly market.

We thank our wide ranging products from our talented and gifted farms and artisans for always providing quality product and pleasant personalities

Most of all we thank all of you our customers for your support during our 39th year of the market. We will be back better than ever the First Saturday in May 2026
