Beautiful Bagels

Launched in 2018, Bagel Union is a small bagel popup owned and operated by Chris Wing and Jordan Hall. Made in small batches, our bagels are made of the most local ingredients we can find—from flour to finishing, every bite of every bagel comes from close to home. We use all GMO-free ingredients, sourcing from individual farmers and mills whenever possible.

Bagel Union specializes in traditional boiled bagels, using malt syrup to poach for that authentic and traditional bagel flavor. A crispy crust envelopes a perfectly chewy interior, creating the perfect canvas for a smear of schmear and seasonal goodness, fresh from the farmer’s hand.
