‼️Closed for a week at least- please read!‼️

My oven has officially died again, on Sunday. I’ve been quiet over here because I knew it was coming. Was trying not to overload my schedule.

Why wouldn’t I order the part if I knew it was dying? Well the parts I need, are hard to find now, and almost double the price of what they were 2 years ago. We even tried to order some knock of cheap ones but they don’t fit.

This leaves us with the decision to buy a new oven if we have to put over $400 into this one. Bummer since this oven is only 5 years old. “They don’t make em like they used to”.🫠

We plan to go shopping this weekend to look for a new oven. I’m just trying to keep the mindset that this could be for the better- like a blessing in disguise🤞🏼

With all that being said, my priority is to re-open asap and get back to posting more.

If you’re already on my schedule I still have you covered, I just can’t add to my schedule at this time.

Baked some blueberry muffins early this morning for the wedding party! If you missed my story yesterday, my mom is getting married today. Please feel free to still message me orders. Just know it won’t be until tomorrow when I can respond. I want to be fully present today with family I don’t get to see often🩷

While trying to make my grandma’s peanut butter cookies with healthier swaps and sourdough.. I accidentally made them completely different.

These taste just like a Reese’s pieces inside. There’s crunchy sugar on it to give you that crunch effect and taste. All while skipping the dyes and other nasty ingredients.

They’re soft and chewy, aside from the crunchy turbinado cane sugar. If you have given up certain ingredients but have a sweet tooth from time to time, give these a shot!

Side note- My oven is unfortunately slowing down again so I haven’t been trying to pack full my schedule. However, please reach out if you need something. Hoping to get a new igniter in the next couple weeks so I’m not without my oven again.

Sourdough Lemon Poppyseed 🍋 by request with a lemon sugar glaze! Going to try a blueberry lemon asap!

You can always submit orders or request anytime. I know I’ve been a little quiet lately as I’ve been working extra hours at my full-time job. Then throw kids sports, and end of year activities in there, my brain is a little fried (I can’t be the only one right?!)😅 However, I do have some baking availability still, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

This beautiful loaf went to the Shamrock auction winner last night. I usually come up short with the right words of thankfulness but my heart is so full.🩷

Attempted to find a work around to the rules.. I’ve been asked to make a blueberry cream cheese loaf. Unfortunately, cream cheese baked into food or used in frosting, is a big no under Michigan cottage law.

Well, I found that Hershey’s makes cream cheese chips. So I added in blueberries into the sandwich loaf and boy is it good! Still not the same as cream cheese, and certainly not healthy, but it’s tasty!

Due to the chips being more costly (and getting less in a bag), these will be $14 per loaf.

👉🏼I have 6 extra sourdough blueberry muffins- 6/$10
👉🏼Then either 2 6packs or a full dozen sourdough chocolate chip cookies- 6/$10 or 12/$20. Will sell the cookies however they’re claimed first.

⏱️Cookies still have to go in, so they will be ready for pick up by 10am. Muffins are almost done and can be picked up by 9am.

Claim before 11:30am or my family will.. I can only hold them off for so long😆

One of my favorite freebies to date. My brother graduates from boot camp this morning and his top pick for food was a jalapeño cheddar loaf. He’s been begging me to send him one, the WHOLE time, via letters.. 😆

Since I’m not able to be in person to see him graduate today, I sent this with my sister to hand deliver to him. Proud truly is an understatement.. but I’m so proud of my (not so little anymore) brother!🥹❤️
