Sourdough Lemon Poppyseed 🍋 by request with a lemon sugar glaze! Going to try a blueberry lemon asap!

You can always submit orders or request anytime. I know I’ve been a little quiet lately as I’ve been working extra hours at my full-time job. Then throw kids sports, and end of year activities in there, my brain is a little fried (I can’t be the only one right?!)😅 However, I do have some baking availability still, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Attempted to find a work around to the rules.. I’ve been asked to make a blueberry cream cheese loaf. Unfortunately, cream cheese baked into food or used in frosting, is a big no under Michigan cottage law.

Well, I found that Hershey’s makes cream cheese chips. So I added in blueberries into the sandwich loaf and boy is it good! Still not the same as cream cheese, and certainly not healthy, but it’s tasty!

Due to the chips being more costly (and getting less in a bag), these will be $14 per loaf.

👉🏼I have 6 extra sourdough blueberry muffins- 6/$10
👉🏼Then either 2 6packs or a full dozen sourdough chocolate chip cookies- 6/$10 or 12/$20. Will sell the cookies however they’re claimed first.

⏱️Cookies still have to go in, so they will be ready for pick up by 10am. Muffins are almost done and can be picked up by 9am.

One of my favorite freebies to date. My brother graduates from boot camp this morning and his top pick for food was a jalapeño cheddar loaf. He’s been begging me to send him one, the WHOLE time, via letters.. 😆

Since I’m not able to be in person to see him graduate today, I sent this with my sister to hand deliver to him. Proud truly is an understatement.. but I’m so proud of my (not so little anymore) brother!🥹❤️

🚨 Easter ordering information-

🔔 Easter orders have been coming in! Be sure to get your order in, if you’d like to be on the schedule! Cut off for weekend orders will be Wednesday at noon 🕛

Easter pick ups- I can do majority of the day Saturday for pick ups or Sunday early morning pick up. I could even do Friday afternoon, as well as a porch pick up on Sunday, if you need it later in the day.

Another thing I’m excited to now offer is pre slicing loaves for an extra $1. I finally cracked and ordered a bread slicer and it’s so much nicer on my wrist. However, I only recommend pre-slicing if you plan to use right away or freeze. Bread does stay fresh longer when unsliced. So if your plan is to cut into it 2 days later, I would hold off on the pre-slice.

This little corner of my kitchen is so special to me. For Christmas, my sister made these frames with a hand written recipe from our grandma. The back pattern is from one of her shirts. Something I’ll cherish forever and should probably turn this recipe into a sourdough one (with some healthier swaps)!

My grandma is who really created my love for baking and had me convinced she had “magical pots and pans”. 🪄 She hand wrote all her recipes and was always dressed in style.

I miss her so much, but I think of her often, and how her love for feeding people is really what I am about. Thats really how this hobby somehow became a little more.

Love is in the air and so is pink heart sourdough bread! Order yours today, or anytime, for something fun on Valentine’s Day! Would be pretty on a charcuterie board.😉

I use pink dragon fruit powder for the pink coloring and purple sweet potato powder for the purple. Both are tasteless while giving you all the color without the dyes!

Most of the loaves shown are pink. The loaf I’m holding is the purple loaf.

These fun loaves are $10 for the classic round. I could likely do this for the sandwich loaves if you prefer a softer bread. Price would be the same.
