Belleville plans to be open at our North St location on Friday, January 30th 7am-1pm. We stand in support and solidarity with removing 🧊 from Portland, from Maine and our country. Whether you participate in the strike, show up for a local peaceful protest, donate your time or resources to a mutual aid organization that is directly supporting our immigrant community, call your representatives to make your voice heard, boycott corporate entities supporting this administrations cruel policies….it is our hope that these collective and persistent actions within our community at large will help to make the changes we all want to see happen in our city and our country. Dec. 24 - OPEN at North St location 8-11am for all holiday preorder pickups and retail pastries/coffee
Dec. 25-26 - CLOSED
Dec. 27 - Back open normal business hours at both locations

It’s time to preorder holiday goodies! Link in bio to reserve your Buche de Noel, take and bake morning buns and holiday cookie boxes. All preorders will be for pickup on Christmas Eve, 12/24, at the North St BLVL location between 8-11am. We will also have lots of pastries available for retail customers that day.

We’re hosting a holiday wreath pop-up sale by in front of the North St location on Small Business Saturday, November 29th, 8am-1pm. Come pick up your croissants and coffee and get in the holiday spirit with one of these beautiful wreaths on your way out.

Thanksgiving Preorders are live on the square site. Link in bio. Two delicious seasonal pies are available, as well as take & bake morning buns, and croissant 4-packs with a pecan pie twice baked special croissant included. Preorders can be picked up on Wednesday November 26th at the North St location only! Please manually edit the pickup date to 11/26/25 in the cart when placing your order. Thank you for supporting our little bakery this holiday season.

Belleville Updates! We’re updating our hours and lunch menu offerings at the North St location. Starting today, we’re open FRIDAY-SATURDAY-SUNDAY-MONDAY 8am-1pm. Pizza is once again taking a hibernating break, and we’ll be offering some new sandwiches for lunch.

There are no changes to the Forest Ave hours or menu!
