love each other
and to eat each other’s cooking and say it was good.
Thanks to all of you who turned out Saturday for one last round of and We had imagined a family day where it would be just be and .please manning the shop so we could be together and reminded why we do we do. It did not disappoint.
From the cards and gifts, to the stories of how our little shop on the corner of Munjoy Hill played a part in moments in your lives, to the well wishes from the customers who wandered in by chance and found that their first visit was on our last day.
It has been a honor and pleasure to have our business in such a warm and embracing community. We thank you for the opportunity, the memories, the hospitality you showed us as we showed you ours. There’s more work for us to do as we wind down, but we will see you around the neighborhood.

You ready, Munjoy Hill? We are! Open regular hours today because, that’s what we do. First day or last.
We’ve got all the baked goods and coffee, espresso and chai. (No food to order today so we can see your lovely faces and not be trapped in the kitchen.)
The coffee will be strong, the food will be good, the vibe will be immaculate. ✌️

I know I won’t be the only one who will miss this team! We’ve been lucky in so many ways over the years. Lots of amazing people have made Hilltop the special place it is. I mean, who wants anything but the best hospitality before their first cup of coffee in the morning?!
With just a few days left, Emma, Ethan, and Ian worked their last shift together yesterday. 😭 Can’t thank them enough for all they did, every day, to keep this tiny shop going. 💗🙏

Good morning! I sure will miss showing you my morning coffee. 😊
This week is throwing all kinds of curve balls (of course) but we’re here, making it happen. 💪please is making all the treats. There will be coffee and espresso and our house chai. We won’t leave out a thing. Cause we 💗 ya.

The walk to work never gets old…
Our little red is warming up and the muffins are in the oven. Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful morning.
Don’t forget we’re closed tomorrow (12/3) but will be back at it Monday for one more week.

By popular demand, we’re doing a final run of sweatshirts with our fab Hilltop logo! This time we picked a charcoal grey for the sweatshirt with lovely creamy white for the logo.
We’ll be taking orders via our website only until December 15th. These will be a pre-order and will not be ready until early January. You can have it shipped or we can arrange local pickup/delivery.
And, we’re keeping it local… Designed by the fab LK and Abby and printed by Hope right here in town. (Both are also woman-owned!)

It’s hard to believe we’ll be open for just two more weeks! Here’s how we plan to close it out…
This week, we’re open Monday (11/28) - Friday (12/2), but closed Saturday (12/3).
Next week, we’ll be open Monday (12/5) through Friday (12/9) as usual. Since we’re closed this Saturday, .please will be making doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, and other sweet snd savory pastries one last time next Saturday (12/10). We won’t be making toasts or sandwiches to order, but rumor has it there will be pastels. 😉
We’re looking forward to an awesome couple of weeks and to seeing your sweet faces!🥰
